Ask the Planner!
There is no rule that says you must provide each and every guest enough alcohol to make them forget not only your names, but their own! There is a rule, however, as good hosts, that you should make sure your guests are happy (and safe!) Discuss with your caterer ahead of time not only what type of beverages will be served but in what quantities, and when the bar should be shut down. Never serve alcohol without food, and make sure you have plenty of bottled water, sodas and coffee ready to go for the drive home!

Why: RSVP Etc. will offer creative ideas that will help you stay within your budget and alleviate unnecessary footwork (why reinvent the wheel?). We will give you directions to implement the details, and determine the timing needed to pull together your event flawlessly. Our comprehensive outlines, spreadsheets and detailed schedules will give you the luxury of enjoying your own event - as much or more than your guests!
When: RSVP Etc. will work with you from the initial planning phase, through the day of your event (and offer suggestions for follow-up) Or if you prefer, we will simply send a detailed plan for you to follow.
Who: Sandra T. Frey, President, has over 25 years experience in the events and catering industry. She has successfully planned over 400 weddings, parties, winemaker's dinners, corporate events, proms, and fundraisers. Her sense of style, creativity and organizational abilities have kept her services in demand on both the East and West Coasts.
Where: RSVP Etc. is based in Maryland, but offers on-line consulting services throughout the United States.
What: We leave the "What?" up to you! If you have an idea, we can turn it into an event. Whatever it is, we can make your next celebration more enjoyable in every way!
